| Vintage: 2007 Winemaker’s Tasting Notes: Straw color with a subtle green tinge. Vibrant and aromatic bouquet, there is a depth of fruit that adds layers and complexity to the aromas. Crisp on entry, the wine builds weight and focus in the midpalate that leads to a fresh and weighty long finish. Aromas of orange blossom, crushed stone, tropical fruit and dried sage mingle with flavors of white peach, key lime, grapefruit, and a hint of apricot. Winemaking Techniques: Whole cluster pressed, settled overnight and racked to both stainless steel and neutral barrels for fermentation, at an average temperature of 50°F.
