| Vintage: 2008 Winemaker’s Tasting Notes: Vibrant straw color with a greenish tinge. The nose is packed with ripe fruit aromas, hinting of melon, kiwi and white peach; a subtle floral note provides a delicate accent. The palate is refreshing, bold and focused. Balanced acidity is present throughout the mouthfeel, building to a crisp and lengthy finish. Winemaking Techniques: Whole clusters went to press, settled overnight and were racked off gross lees to neutral barrels and stainless steel tanks for fermentation. Fermentation lasted four weeks at an average temperature of 55º F. The wine was aged in barrel and tank for seven months to gain complexity.
