The people that make up Huge Bear wines are passionate about wine and making every customers’ experience positive and enjoyable. Our winemaking team includes: Douglas Danielak, our Director of Winemaking and Katie Rodgers, our Production Manager and Enologist. While traditionally trained, Douglas is challenged by the creativity required to craft the Huge Bear wines.
There are many other people that make Huge Bear what it is today: all the co-founding partners, Jim Bailey, Essel Bailey, and Tom Costin; Debi Leal, our amazing General Manager; Aaron Ravel and Jeanie Connelly, our incomparable Wine Guides; Alicia Antone, our super-talented DTC and Marketing Manager; Darlyne Miller, our near superhuman Director of National Sales and Brand Management; Molly Platts, our Office Administrator extraordinaire; our tireless Controller, Donovan Hudson and our rocket-scientist smart CFO, Matt Rhoades; all the winery and vineyard staff, and of course each of you, who are the reason we all strive to make each vintage of Huge Bear wine special.
