THE VINTAGE: Although the 2015 growing season proved to be one of the more difficult in recent history, the resulting fruit was exceptional.
THE CRAFTING: The hand-sorted fruit was whole-cluster pressed and allowed to cold settle. The wine was aged for six months in 10% new French oak with the remaining wine in stainless steel barrels.
THE TASTING: The wine displays wonderful layers of both flavor and texture. Bright aromatics of spring flowers, mineral and lime with a hint of lychee jump from the glass. Balanced flavors of citrus, kiwi and just a slight hint of macadamia nut make this wine a must have for your spring table
THE PAIRING: This wine is delicious on its own as an aperitif or with a butter leaf salad with grapefruit and ripe avocado.
